Meet Tonya 
I'm Tonya Vanderhart!
A freedom loving, small town girl on a mission to connect more ambitious women with their true calling. 
More specifically, I am a Mindset and Business Coach for women who want to make a big impact but aren't quite sure how to get there on their own.
I help my clients master their mindset for success while giving them the confidence and tools to create an online freedom based business of their dreams.
I truly believe we have the power to create our own future. 

Meet Kelly
I’m Kelly Marcyniuk, a business + lifestyle coach that is pretty much obsessed with teaching other millennial babes how to live their absolute dream freedom lifestyles, by creating passion-filled + profitable online businesses. I truly believe our lives should be filled with the things that make us happy & excited. No dream is too big, too crazy or too “unrealistic” (that word, ew). I have a passion for health + wellness (but still love my wine + pizza - balance, right?), I am hooked on traveling, I am a complete freedom enthusiast, and I am totally obsessed with living by design.

Meet Stephanie 
I'm Stephanie Morrison, a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Yoga Teacher (RYT) and spiritual entrepreneur.  I have a huge passion for holistic health and specialize in digestive and hormonal health. I help yoga students reduce stress, and find presence on their mat while learning to tune into the power of their breath.  I work with clients one-one-one in the private nutrition setting where I address their symptoms and health concerns, along with facilitating group detox programs. I use an evidence-based approach when developing strategies for my clients and combine this with my intuition and spirituality teachings to help support them through their journey of holistic healing. My message is that true health lays within combining the Physical + Emotional + Spiritual components of one's life.

Just like in yoga, we are here to guide you. However, you know what your body needs in order to de- stress, let go and reconnect with your soul. This is the recommended schedule, and you choose what to join for. If you're wanting more relaxing downtime and want to opt out of any of the activities this is completely up to you! If you want to join for everything on the schedule then that's great too! You decide! 

This is a weekend to nourish your soul, reconnect with yourself and gain clarity so that you can head back feeling refreshed and refueled!

What if I am on a restrictive diet, can I still attend the retreat? 
That's no problem.  Prior to the retreat, you will be asked to fill out a form so I can get full details on any possible food restrictions, allergies or sensitivities that you may have.  We will make sure there are options for you based on your requirements.  


What type of food will be served?
Plant based organic meals will be served throughout the weekend, focusing on wholesome nutrient dense foods. The meals will be full of delicious organic fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, wholesome grains, nuts and seeds.  Your meals will be full of healthy fats, fiber and protein to keep you feeling energized and full. There will be kombucha, tea and fresh juices available throughout the day between meals.  Of course, there will be some delicious healthy desserts as well!


What should I pack?
Bring your yoga mat, yoga clothes and any other yoga gear you need.  Bring running shoes or boots for walks in nature, some warm clothes for our outdoor bonfire, and an outfit for the organic winery tour if you choose to join.  Lastly, bring a journal to reflect after your yoga classes or meditations and so you can take notes during the workshops.  


What type of yoga is it? Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely, all levels are welcome on the retreat.  Stephanie is trained as a hatha yoga instructor, and will be teaching classes each day which incorporates a gentle flow.  The meditation class of course also welcomes all levels. If you've never done meditation before, no problem, this is the perfect way to experience it for the first time (out in nature with the most supportive group!)


Do I have to participate in everything on the schedule?
The definition of retreat is to 'withdraw' or 'pull back'. This is an opportunity for you to check in with yourself, connect with your soul away from the busy demands of your daily life.  With that said, you choose how you would like to spend your retreat.  There are no expectations to attend everything on the schedule,  if you feel a need to pull back from the group and spend some time alone then that is what you will be supported to do. This is YOUR retreat.


Can I attend with a friend?
Absolutely. If you'd like to attend with a friend go for it. There is a 'bunk with your bestie' option at a reduced rate listed during payment. There will be both people attending solo and people who would prefer attending with a friend so either way we are sure you will have an unforgettable time. 


How far of a drive is it from Toronto?
It is approximately 2 and a half hours from downtown Toronto. 


What are the sleeping arrangements?
 There are both shared and single rooms. If you are booking with a friend we will make sure you two are bunked together.  Sleeping arrangements will be determined based on bookings and we will be in contact with you one week prior to the retreat with all the details. If you have any other requests please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you. 


When do I pay the second instalment if I chose the second payment option and didn't pay in full? 
The first instalment is required for a room booking and the second instalment is due 2 weeks prior to the retreat.


Is this retreat refundable?
There are no refunds on this retreat.
